Provided you have furnished a correct email address, you will be receiving two receipts. 

The first is a receipt from the credit card company showing the amount charged to your credit card. Many times the shipping information on this receipt has been omitted. Your credit card statement will read "Deuster Company".

The second receipt, which may take up to an hour to arrive, is the actual invoice showing the billing and payment information. Please look this receipt over carefully.  If there is no shipping address on this receipt, we will automatically send the merchandise to the billing address.  If any of the addresses are incorrect, please call customer service toll free: 877-870-7829. UPS will now charge $10 per box for corrections once the package has been shipped. To avoid these charges, please let us know if the information you have provided is not correct.
